BRIK delivers purposeful, well-rounded programming that helps people build strong, resilient bodies that last. Every session is grounded in fundamentals—strength, mobility, cardiovascular health, and quality movement—delivered with precision, adaptability and uniqueness.

What sets BRIK apart is the way it brings structure and creativity together. It's training designed to evolve with each person, not fit them into a mould. BRIK stands for progress built properly. One BRIK at a time.

Owned and run by Simon, a coach with 25++ years in the game (let’s not get into it too much). He’s trained, coached, and owned gyms across every style of fitness—but his mission stays simple: help people train for life.

At BRIK, that means building the kind of strength that shows up when you need it—whether it’s pulling yourself up, running to catch a moment, or lifting something that matters.

BRIK clients have busy lives, injuries, and responsibilities—and Simon knows how to work with all of it. Training is structured, innovative, adaptable, backed by real experience and most importantly fun!

The vibe? The training is taken seriously, without the serious attitude. Sessions are smart, goal-driven, and full of community. No one’s left behind and everyone has something to aim for.
